To qualify for a Net 30 account with Fidextech LLC, your business must be a registered, verifiable entity at least 90 days old with an Employer Identification Number (EIN). The business must be registered in the United States or its territories and maintain a positive credit history. Importantly, for companies that become qualified, an initial payment is required, which includes the set up fee for the chosen package.

Under the Net 30 program, we are now expanding eligible purchases to include specific digital marketing services on demand, in addition to our range of web packages (excluding the basic plan). These services cover design, web creation, domain, and hosting, but exclude domain transfers from other providers.

Please note that meeting these criteria does not guarantee approval for a Net 30 account. A business credit check is part of our assessment, and we do not charge any monthly or annual membership fees.

Application and Approval Process:

Fidextech LLC requires your business's legal name, street address, and taxpayer identification number for account establishment. Additional identification for the authorized officer may be requested. We may also gather information from various sources to verify your identity and determine your account eligibility.

Payment Terms:

Qualified companies must make the first payment installment, including the setup fee, upon becoming eligible for the Net 30 program.
Standard payment terms are net thirty (30) days from the invoice date, or as per the terms of a letter of credit paid in USD.
In the event of disputes, written notification is required within fifteen (15) days of invoice receipt, with payment of all undisputed amounts.
Late payment fees and recovery costs will be applied to overdue balances.
Notification of significant events affecting the buyer's ability to fulfill obligations under this agreement is required within ten (10) business days.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law:
Fidextech LLC is committed to resolving disputes through negotiation, mediation, or court proceedings as needed. These terms are governed by New Jersey law and are subject to jurisdiction in New Jersey courts.

Severability and Amendments:

If any term is found invalid, the remaining terms remain effective. Fidextech LLC reserves the right to amend these terms, with updates posted on our website. Continued use of the account signifies acceptance of any changes.
